由于之前计算时间都比较快,没仔细看过输出文件,最近计算速度特别慢,计算过程中看输出文件时,发现大部分时间都是在计算频率,一个65原子的模型,每个原子都会进行频率优化,基本一个原子的优化要用0.45-1小时.24核计算下来要花60h左右,用的是Linux2019版MS,请问这样的速度正常么,有什么办法可以缩短计算时间么。输入文件如下
