原计划使用VASP做NVT MD模拟,设定了温度400K, 但是跑完20ps后,发现温度越来越低 (右图)显然已经不是NVT了。VASP教程上说是热浴的频率和系统的声子频率不一致 是SMASS设置不合理。请问这里系统的声子频率怎么得到呢?具体怎么得到的这个频率?
