关于施加渗透压的问题

我想对环肽纳米管的两侧的水分子施加渗透压，有tcl force 和tcl bc l两种方式，但我用tcl force 算提示错误 ，我用的脚本如下 ，不知道该怎么改呢？另外怎么用tcl bc施加渗透压呢？

感谢回复，这个脚本是我看了Simulation of Water Permeation Through Nanotubes后修改成的，可是他跑npt的时候出现错误
can't use non-numeric floating-point value as operand of "/"

请问脚本中的这一行怎么修改呢？
