标题: 求指导关于U3+和U4+光谱项的评审意见
"They should say that the 2 and 3 uB ? stem (likely) from the spin degeneracy (Triplet and quartet) -- however, it can be expected that the spins are coupled to the 5f angular momenta. For U3+ (5f3) I would expect a 4I9/2 Hund ground state and for U4+ (5f2) a 3H4 Hund ground state. It will then be interesting to learn on how the Hund manyfold is split in the ligand field. Apparently this (part of atomic physics) was not considered? In this light the authors make no prediction for experimental observations."我根据Hund规则推出来U3+的光谱项是4I9/2，U4+的光谱项是3H4。但是我不明白评审“It will then be interesting to learn on how the Hund manyfold is split in the ligand field. 我感觉是问你理论知识，要你理论推导，而不是说用软件算

您好，free U4+/U3+我可以推出来，但是在考虑场作用下的我就迷茫了。您能给提供一个大概思路吗？谢谢啦
